InfiPlex OMS can be set-up to pull orders from any connected marketplace like Walmart DSV, Amazon and Groupon Stores, which is not available in ChannelAdvisor. You can also pull orders from any retail EDI account through InfiPlex OMS. The OMS then pushes all of those orders into your ChannelAdvisor connection. This will allow you to manage all of your orders through your ChannelAdvisor shipping connection.

 

 

Managing Shipping & Inventory from Your ChannelAdvisor Account

InfiPlex OMS sends all of your marketplace orders dirctly into your ChannelAdvisor connection. It then pulls tracking numbers and SKU inventory and sends them back to the marketplaces your OMS is connected to. This makes sure that all other marketplaces have the most current inventory level for each SKU. InfiPlex OMS will also checks hourly for any changes in inventory on any connected SKUs so it can keep you sales channels fully up-to-date on inventory levels.
