Think of ShipHero as the warehouse execution layer, and InfiPlex as the layer above it that aggregates every sales channel into one order queue and keeps inventory accurate across all of them. InfiPlex sends orders that are ready to fulfill over to ShipHero, ShipHero's team picks, packs, and ships them, and InfiPlex pushes the resulting tracking back out to whichever marketplace or storefront the order came from — all while your warehouse floor keeps using the ShipHero workflow it already knows.
