Give Every Client an Instant Connection to Any Sales Channel
InfiPlex is the 3PL Connector that plugs your WMS into 130+ marketplaces, shopping carts, and EDI retailers. Client orders pull in automatically, inventory syncs back to every channel in real time, and tracking flows out the moment you ship — no developers, no waiting on a build.

Your Warehouse Runs Fulfillment. We Run the Integrations.
Every new client eventually asks the same question: "Can you pull orders from my Amazon store?" or "Can you connect to Walmart, TikTok Shop, or our EDI retailers?" Building and maintaining that connection in-house means hiring developers, learning each channel's API, and keeping up with every change a marketplace pushes. The InfiPlex 3PL Connector does that work instead — so your team can say yes to any client's channel request without adding headcount or writing code.
How the 3PL Connector Works
The same four-step flow runs for every client you onboard, no matter how many channels they need.
Onboard the Client
Add a new client and their sales channels inside InfiPlex — no changes to your WMS configuration required.
Connect Their Channels
Link any of 130+ marketplaces, carts, or EDI retailers — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Target, Costco, and more.
Orders & Inventory Sync
Orders import roughly every 15 minutes and route straight into your WMS; inventory syncs back in real time so no channel oversells.
Tracking Flows Back
The moment your WMS marks an order shipped, tracking posts back to the original channel automatically — no manual updates.

InfiPlex is an approved application on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore for both Seller Central and Vendor Central, having passed Amazon's security review to process PII data on your clients' behalf. InfiPlex is also an Amazon Web Services Technology Partner, having passed AWS's Technical Baseline Review. See the InfiPlex Security Overview for full details.
InfiPlex is the number one Vendor Central SP-API integration available for 3PLs fulfilling Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment (DF) orders — connecting your WMS straight through Amazon's modern Selling Partner API instead of a legacy EDI feed. If a client is still connecting to Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment via EDI, switching that connection to InfiPlex's SP-API integration typically pays for itself, since the EDI VAN costs alone are often enough to cover the monthly package. See the Amazon Vendor Central Integration Overview for details.

3PL Connector FAQs
The questions warehouse and fulfillment teams ask most before switching on the 3PL Connector.
How does the InfiPlex 3PL Connector work with our existing WMS?
InfiPlex sits between your clients' sales channels and your WMS — it doesn't replace it. The 3PL Connector pulls orders from any connected marketplace, cart, or EDI retailer, pushes them into your WMS (Extensiv, ShipHero, Deposco, Logiwa, Veracore, SnapFulfil, ZhenHub, ShipStream, or a custom system via API or SFTP), then returns tracking to the channel once the order ships.
Can each of our clients keep their own set of sales channels?
Yes. Every client you onboard gets their own connected channel mix — one client might need Amazon and Shopify, another might need Walmart, TikTok Shop, and an EDI connection to Target — all routed into the same WMS workflow your team already runs.
Do you charge per client, or is it one flat fee for the whole warehouse?
The 3PL Client Connector Package is $999.99/month and includes 10,000 monthly orders, unlimited users, and unlimited connections to any available integration. Individual channel connections are $25/month each, and Bulk Connector pricing is available for warehouses running many clients at volume. See Pricing for full details.
What happens if a client asks for a marketplace or retailer we don't support yet?
InfiPlex builds new marketplace and EDI integrations at no additional development cost as part of every 3PL Client Connector Package — tell us what your client needs and it goes into our programming queue instead of costing you the account.
Can we connect EDI retailers like Target, Costco, or Sam's Club for our clients?
Yes. InfiPlex supports EDI retail connections including Target DVS, Costco, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Lowe's, and any other EDI trading partner. For Sam's Club specifically, InfiPlex connects via their API rather than EDI, which typically saves clients significant EDI VAN costs. In many cases the savings InfiPlex generates on EDI VAN costs cover most or all of the monthly package cost.
How fast can we onboard a new client's sales channel?
Most marketplace connections go live within 1–3 business days, including SKU mapping and shipping configuration, handled by InfiPlex's USA-based support team acting as your client integration department. EDI connections take longer because retailer-side testing is required.
Do you support 3PL groups with multiple warehouses or a high volume of client accounts?
Yes. Bulk Connector pricing is available for 3PL groups managing multiple facilities or a large number of client accounts, and each client can be provisioned in their own site environment. Contact InfiPlex for Enterprise pricing above 100,000 monthly orders.
Is InfiPlex secure enough to handle Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central data for our clients?
Yes. InfiPlex is an approved application on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore and has passed Amazon's security requirements to process PII data for Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. InfiPlex is also an AWS Technology Partner that has passed Amazon's Technical Baseline Review — see the InfiPlex Security Overview.
