The InfiPlex REST API pulls marketplace orders into a custom ERP or WMS and pushes tracking, inventory, and pricing back out. Order PII (the ship-to address) is retained only for a limited time after the order is placed, per Amazon's data security requirements, so integrations should pull and store what they need promptly.
Order Management
- Authentication: standard REST Bearer token; see the Authentication docs. Contact InfiPlex Support for your API key and URL. API access requires a Growth or Enterprise package.
- Pull Orders: GET Order Search. Use
date_created_greater_equal_thanto pull only orders since your last check, and check for duplicates before inserting. - Send Tracking: POST Order Tracking Create. InfiPlex forwards the tracking to the order's marketplace automatically.
- Send Inventory: POST Inventory Set Bulk updates levels across your SKUs.
- API Support: included with the connection; email support answers developer questions on the API itself.

Each marketplace with pricing enabled carries a Pricing Multiplier, applied to the system price to produce what is sent to that marketplace. A price change queues updates to every marketplace with pricing on.
