How it works

From their storefronts to your warehouse, automatically

A consumer buys your product on a reseller’s webstore or marketplace; the order reaches you through InfiPlex, you or your 3PL ship it, and your real-time inventory keeps every reseller’s listing honest — all through one tested connection on your side.

Flow diagram: consumer orders from reseller webstores and marketplaces flow into InfiPlex Bridge, which connects once to your webstore or ERP, onboards resellers with no per-reseller testing, and keeps your inventory current everywhere. You or your 3PLs ship to the consumer, and tracking flows back to each reseller. What the program handles

Everything Brand Reseller Drop-Ship takes off your plate

  • Your Program, Your Rules

Build a network of resellers who sell your products on their webstores and marketplaces while you drop-ship the orders — a program brands and manufacturers of any size can create, not just the big ones.

  • One Connection: Webstore or ERP

InfiPlex creates the connection with your webstore or ERP — NetSuite or any other — that lets approved sellers submit orders to you, and can connect your 3PLs to facilitate shipments, tailoring the order flow to your business requirements.

  • Test Once, Never Again

The InfiPlex implementation team builds a fully tested order and inventory integration with your ordering system, regardless of how legacy your internal systems are — and onboarding new resellers never requires another test.

  • Reseller Onboarding, Handled

InfiPlex creates the process and documentation that walk any reseller through setup and works with each one to integrate their systems — so a new reseller is live in under a week without your team project-managing it.

  • Faster Brand Adoption

Friendly technology and support mean easier, faster adoption of your brand by more sellers — and because reseller costs scale with monthly order volume, any size seller can afford to join your program.

  • Margin-Friendly by Design

The pricing model is built around real-time data sharing instead of long-drawn-out EDI file testing — saving you, the brand, significant support and onboarding time, and lowering your resellers’ cost of working with you.

Frequently asked

Brand Reseller Drop-Ship questions, answered

Family-level questions — comparing programs, combining seats — live on the InfiPlex Bridge overview. These are the brand-specific ones.

What is InfiPlex Bridge Brand Reseller Drop-Ship?

It’s the InfiPlex Bridge program for brands and manufacturers who want other eCommerce sellers selling their products on other webstores and marketplaces — while the brand drop-ships each consumer order. InfiPlex creates the connection with your webstore or ERP that lets approved resellers submit orders to you, keeps your inventory current on every reseller’s storefront, and onboards each new reseller in under a week. Costs stay minimal on the brand side.

How is this different from selling wholesale?

In a wholesale relationship you ship bulk inventory to the reseller and they fulfill from their own stock. In this program the reseller never holds your inventory: they list and sell your products on their webstore or marketplace, the consumer’s order comes to you through InfiPlex, and you or your 3PL ship directly to that consumer. You keep control of stock and fulfillment; resellers get a catalog to sell without having to buy it first.

What do I have to connect on my side?

One connection — your webstore or your ERP, like NetSuite or any other ERP you run. If it fits your flow, InfiPlex can also connect your 3PLs to facilitate shipments, tailoring the order flow to your business requirements. That single integration is built and fully tested by the InfiPlex implementation team, regardless of how legacy your internal systems are, and it’s the only build the program ever needs.

What do my resellers pay?

A reseller’s cost with InfiPlex depends on the number of orders they process each month, plus low EDI VAN costs through InfiPlex if one is required — a very affordable entry point for any size seller. For you as the brand, that’s the recruiting pitch: joining your program doesn’t require a reseller to fund an integration project, which is what “easier and faster adoption of your brand by more sellers” looks like in practice. See InfiPlex pricing for current plans.

How fast can a new reseller go live?

Under a week. InfiPlex creates the process and documentation that assist any reseller with their setup, and works with each one to integrate their systems. Because your brand-side connection was fully tested once up front, there’s never a per-reseller testing round — the historical bottleneck in reseller programs — so “signed” turns into “selling” within days.

Is this overkill for a smaller brand?

No — smaller brands and manufacturers are explicitly part of who the program was designed for. You can create your own drop-ship program — a network of resellers selling your products on other webstores — without an enterprise integration budget: start-up and ongoing costs stay minimal for the brand, and each reseller carries their own low, order-based cost rather than you subsidizing their connections.

How do resellers see my inventory?

Your stock levels flow through InfiPlex to every connected reseller in real time, so a reseller’s storefront never sells what you can’t ship. When stock runs low, InfiPlex’s low-inventory controls trim what channels see before overselling happens — protecting your fulfillment promise and your resellers’ seller ratings at the same time.

Who ships the order, and how does it close out?

You do — from your own warehouse or through your 3PLs, which InfiPlex connects via its fulfillment systems to route each reseller order for shipping. The tracking number then comes back through InfiPlex to the reseller’s storefront to close out the consumer’s order — so resellers aren’t chasing you for tracking, and your team isn’t pasting it into portals.
