InfiPlex Data Bridge: build one integration, get every channel

Your team writes one integration against the InfiPlex REST API — Bearer-token auth, everything in JSON — and gets a programmatic structure over EDI and API eCommerce connections alike: 60+ channels, including one of the few Amazon SP-API connections that works out of the box. Orders, fulfillment, and inventory, managed from your own systems.

How it works

Every channel in, JSON out

InfiPlex does the heavy lifting on the channel side — API connections, EDI trading partners, all of it — so your code integrates once and every sales channel arrives the same way: as JSON, through one REST API, into your ERP and internal systems.

Amazon SP-API

SP-API in minutes — one of the few that works out of the box

Most teams lose weeks to the Selling Partner API before the first order arrives. InfiPlex Data Bridge offers one of the few Amazon SP-API connections that works out of the box: you connect your Amazon account to the InfiPlex SP-API app using your main Amazon Admin account, and once access is granted, your Seller Central order data and management are available through the InfiPlex API — in a matter of minutes, you can connect and start pulling orders.

If your team needs to replace legacy MWS order and inventory management integrations, InfiPlex makes it easy: the SP-API connection comes up through InfiPlex, and your systems keep talking to the same easy REST API for orders, shipping, and inventory. Step-by-step details live in the Amazon SP-API guide, and the same account covers every Amazon channel you sell on.

The API

Four resources, one Bearer token

Authentication uses a Bearer token that gives access to all API calls, and every response is JSON. The API includes calls for:

  • OrdersPull channel orders · push order updates
  • InventorySet levels · multi-warehouse aware
  • PricingManage pricing across your channels
  • WarehousesRoute and manage fulfillment

What the program handles

Everything Data Bridge gives your team

  • 60+ Channels, Instantly

Automate your eCommerce sales channels to scale the number of orders your company can manage — InfiPlex does the heavy lifting, with 60+ integrations to connect with instantly.

  • EDI Without EDI

EDI retail channels arrive in your code as JSON like everything else — InfiPlex runs the trading-partner side. If your company is the vendor in those relationships, that’s the EDI to API program, on the same account.

  • One Integration to Your ERP

An easy REST API to manage your data to your ERP and internal systems — NetSuite or whatever you run — so channel count grows without your integration count growing.

  • Fulfillment & 3PL Routing

Manage shipping through the API, route orders to your warehouses or 3PLs, and tracking flows back to the channel to close out each order.

  • Inventory & Oversell Protection

Real-time inventory to every connected channel — including 3PL stock — with low-inventory controls that trim what channels see, so you don’t oversell and damage seller ratings.

  • New Integrations at No Added Cost

If a channel your roadmap needs isn’t in the library yet, InfiPlex builds new API integrations at no additional cost — your one integration keeps reaching further.

The Bridge family

In a different seat?

Data Bridge is one of four InfiPlex Bridge programs — they share one platform and combine cleanly on a single account.

Frequently asked

Data Bridge questions, answered

Family-level questions — comparing programs, combining seats — live on the InfiPlex Bridge overview. These are the developer-specific ones.

What is InfiPlex Data Bridge?

It’s the InfiPlex Bridge program for in-house development teams: a programmatic structure to integrate with EDI or API eCommerce connections through one REST API. Your code manages orders, fulfillment, and inventory in JSON, with Bearer-token authentication, across 60+ channels — while InfiPlex handles each channel’s native connection, whether that’s a marketplace API like Amazon SP-API or an EDI trading partner like Target.

How does the Amazon SP-API connection work?

You connect your Amazon account to the InfiPlex SP-API app using your main Amazon Admin account. Once access has been granted, your Seller Central order data and management are available through the InfiPlex API — in a matter of minutes you can connect and start pulling orders, then manage shipping and inventory through the same REST API. The Amazon SP-API guide walks through it step by step.

Can this replace our legacy MWS integration?

Yes — that’s one of the program’s main jobs. If your team needs to replace legacy MWS order and inventory management integrations, InfiPlex makes it easy: the Amazon connection comes up through the InfiPlex SP-API app, and your internal systems talk to the InfiPlex REST API instead of maintaining Amazon-specific plumbing — so the next marketplace deprecation is InfiPlex’s problem, not a rewrite on your roadmap.

What can we do through the API?

The API includes calls for Orders, Inventory, Pricing, and Warehouses — pull channel orders and push updates, set inventory levels including multi-warehouse stock, manage pricing, and route fulfillment. Authentication uses a Bearer token that gives access to all API calls, and all order data is accessible in JSON format. Contact us and the team will give yours a full walk-through of the API.

Do EDI channels look different in the API?

No — that’s the point. Whether a channel runs a marketplace API or an EDI relationship underneath, InfiPlex handles the native connection and your code sees the same JSON through the same REST API. Your developers never parse an EDI file. If your company is the vendor in those EDI relationships and wants the managed trading-partner program around it, that’s EDI to API — same account, same API.

Which channels can we connect?

Data Bridge gives you 60+ integrations to connect with instantly — marketplaces, carts, and EDI retailers — and the wider InfiPlex library spans 130+ connections. If a channel your roadmap needs isn’t there yet, InfiPlex builds new API integrations at no additional cost, and it arrives in your code through the same REST API as everything else.

How do we push shipping and inventory back?

Through the same API: your systems post shipping and inventory updates, InfiPlex forwards tracking to the channel to finalize each order, and inventory levels — including stock at connected 3PL warehouses — update to every channel automatically. Low-inventory controls trim what specific channels see as stock runs down, so a race condition between two marketplaces doesn’t turn into an oversell and a seller-rating hit.

Do we need the InfiPlex OMS too?

No — Data Bridge exists precisely for teams that want to build against the API and keep their own systems as the front end. That said, the InfiPlex OMS sits on the same platform, so if your operations team wants a UI for exceptions, or you want order management running before your build ships, both can run on one account without duplicating integrations.
