Using The SKU Utilities Tool

This document outlines how you can use the SKU Utilities Tool options to manage SKU information in the OMS and Webstore.

SKU Utilities Set Sell On SKUs

The SKU Utilities tool allows you to do multiple things with SKUs. When using the tool, choose ONE of the options and then set that option as needed and upload your .csv file with one column that has a heading of sku.

  • Make SKUs Active - Inactive: These setting is primarly used by Webstore clients who need to activate or inactivate a list of SKUs from being sold in the InfiPlex webstore. REMEMBER: only select one of these options and the upload your .csv file. You can only do one thig at a time with SKU Utilities tool.

     
  • Delete SKUs: Upload a list of SKUs to delete from your OMS or webstore.

     
  • For Selected Attribute: This feature would be used with InfiPlex Webstore users to add a defined attribute to a list of SKUs.

     
  • Set Identifying Data: This option allows you to set identifying data for SKUs. Identifying data includes the ability to sent the ASIN, GTIN, UPC, ISBN, and Barcode for SKUs. You will need to add the column(s) to your file named "asin,gtin,upc,isbn,barcode".

     
  • For Selected Sell On: To add SKUs that are being Sold On a particular marketplace, select the "Enable Sell On For SKU" and check the marketplaces that the SKUs are being sold on. You may have to upload separate lists for each marketplace.

    Be sure to go to the Sell On marketplace page and click the orange "Set ALL Shop Products as Non- marketplace" SKUs. This will remove all SKUs from the list and you can go back to the SKU Utilities page and upload the specific list of SKUs you want associated to a particular marketplace.


     
  • Set Google Feed Product Description: This option only appears if you have the Google Merchant feed turned on. The InfiPlex Webstore includes a built-in Google Merchant feed. This feed works in conjuction with the Google Merchant Center which helps you upload your product listings for use with Google Shopping.   • File: Select your .csv file and click the green SAVE button to run the SKU Utilities tool with your selected options.
